Has this really a problem with LSTC? Then they have a bug and need a
work-around. A licensing scheme that depends on a "we will
bazillions of these short IP addresses because lots of computers are
behind firewalls" is not a problem with FC3, RHEL, or any other
distro -- it's a vendor issue.
