EMail server

Hello there,

I am (now) interesting in getting an email server on my Linux server (REHL)
I did start 'redhat-switch-mail' and select postfix....without knowing
really well which one to select ! :-(

Then, I tried: postfix in batch command....nothing happened... :-)

- Is there a GUI in order to install users email accounts ??
- Can I retrieve all the information on address emails sent and coming ? (I
would need to get all this email used, for blastmailing ... is that possible
with Postfix ?

A couple of clues would help me a lot !!
