FC3 and Telnet

Hi

I just installed FC3 server.

When I telnet the FC3 box from my XP box I recieve "Impossible to open
connection to host on port 23."

Both are connected to a 6300 router.

What's wrong ? If I start vncserver and vnc it from XP I recieve a xterm
window instead of the desktop. I can ping FC3 from XP. Samba works.

FC3 is a clean install.
