Login from Windows 2000 to Linux Server

Hi Everybody,
I'm new in Linux and I just installed "Red Hat AS 4.0" is there any way to
let some Windows
2000 users login through a graphical interface to Linux server, upload some
file there,
run those programs and see the result (Those programs are
some C++ programs that compiled specifically for Linux computer).
