problem on ldap on Fc3

Hi everibody can anyone help me with ldap and fc3, I installed openldap and
configured etc/ldap.conf and slapd.conf with no encryption with the classic
secret password and (cn=Manager,dc=temp,dc=cxm) .
  I converted with Perl script all authetication files in "ldif-files2 but
when I try to add this files on ldap I recive this message

"ldap_sasl_interactive_bind_s: Internal (implementation specific) error (80)
additional info: SASL(-13): user not found: no secret in database".

before of all I swichted authconfig on Ldap but the authentication remain on
passwd and group files, then I tryed to add ldif-files with slapadd with no
active service and the operationit has gone but during startup I recive
warning message, no user database recognised..
