I am trying to communicate with a GPRS cell phone modem that connects on
IP port 80 over the internet.

I am running an up-to-date x86_64 FC3 on an AMD64 machine. I selected
everything when I installed FC3. The firewall security level was set at
"medium".

How do I modify the firewall settings to allow the GPRS system to connect
to port 80?

I assume the same issue occur when configuring apache.
