As far as I can see, they are in fact there... at least from the hdaX
labels and the "fact" that when I look at /mnt/hda5 the dirs that are
physically located on hda1,2,3,6 (/boot, /usr, /home, and /var
respectively) show as "empty" on 5 which I take to mean what mc is
showing on /mnt/hda5 is a symlink (although it doesn't show it the way
I'm used to for mc on other systems - maybe the Knoppix mc doesn't
have that little nicety). So I'm ASSUMING that the others really ARE
on hda5 - what's a good way to tell for sure?
