1) Highlight gssftp
2) Click checkbox on
3) Click save button
4) Highlight xinitd
5) Click restart button

When at step #1, read the status/notes box to the right. gssftp is
not a stand alone server(that's why start/stop is grayed out); it is
run by the xinitd server(that' why the restart after changes).
