My LILO Gone.......help please

Hi...

i'm a Linux beginner. in my computer i installed Redhat 9.0 and Win XP.
someday, my winxp got attack from virus and need to re-installed.

Re-installing win xp cause my LILO gone...

Now i can't use my Redhat because i don't know the way to start linux
(LILO has gone)...

for everybody here, please help me..what should i do??how to start my
Linux without LILO??
