Help with RPM

Hi everybody,

I installed the Fedora Core 3 and I need to package our applications
for the end user.
I never used rpm to package software before. Can you suggest some help,
book, tutorial, etc. how to use rpm?
Is it any visual rpm toll that allow to create package?
