Well, believe it or not, you do have partitions on hda and on hdb. You
say so yourself above. /dev/hda1 is the first partition on /dev/hda! hda
is your master hardrive and hdb is your slave drive. I don't believe
grub is installed on hda. ntloader is on hda. You should go into fdisk
and deactivate the active boot partition on hda. Then you should check
hdb to see what partition is the active boot partition. If it appears
correct, reboot. You can always use a boot disk to change the active
boot partitions back the way they were...
