Strange, I've used it to build (as root) FC2,3,4 and CentOS4.1 DVD's all
by following these instructions;

Perhaps somebody tried using an early version of the mkdvdiso.sh script
that has since been updated and renamed to mkdvd-rhel3u2.sh
