DVD Burner not Working with Fedora

I have Fedora Core 3 and I just finished downloading Fedora Core 4 DVD
but NeroLINUX is saying "Some of your devices are not accessible.
Please check that you have the correct permission on the corresponding
device files."
"NeroLinux cannot get accessto the following devices:
/dev/hdc (Liton DVD-Rom LTD163)
/dev/hdd (DVD-RW IDE1180)"

I am unsure what to do...
