Here's the url I found to get Splunk for free. Splunk lets you search
all your log files.

It's helpful for anyone who manages Linux boxes to search and
troubleshoot all of their log files. This includes Apache, Jboss,
mysql, syslog, router data, etc. It parses and indexes in real time.
If you have to deal with log files and/or troubleshooting, it's worth
checking out.
