yum FC1 mirror error

after i run the command "yum update",the below information appeared:
package neon needs libcom_err.so.3 (not provided)
package subversion needs libcom_err.so.3 (not provided)

and i search "libcom_err" in rpmfind.net, and didn't found the rpm
package suited for FC1, but just for rh8,rh9.

any advices?
