One big issue which I solved is when I installed NVidia, driver, system
couldn't operate...Because it need it a initrd to build up in my custom
kernel. Which kernel's documentation has a luck of information about
initrd and why and how to build up... My box is a 64bit with a hightech
nvidia, and linux couldn't see it...Only initrd could eliminate the
problem...No where fedora says ( ok nor kernel docs) say about initrd...
But as I said I solved it...
    :-)

The second HUGE issue, which I can't solve, is the Alsa drivers...I
    don't have my microphone usable...so I can't have my tv-card on, as
    there is no sound....
    This I haven't solved... :-(

While the third issue is the SELinux, which was a pain in the first
    run... xe ;-)
