Groupware / Exchange

I'm looking for groupware that runs on fc4/rhel that 1-hosts email
folders and 2-hosts a contacts database that users can modify. My users
want to use outlook (argh) and do need windows. I might be able to
force them away from outlook, but windows is a must for other apps.

imap/dovecot would work fine except it won't store contact info.

Any solutions that don't require the Bynari connector?

Thanks in advance

T.
