First Red Hat Linux 7.2 is *dead* even *legacy support* has ended;

http://download.fedoralegacy.org/updates

Second your kernel is horribly out of date along with the rest of the
packages for Red Hat Linux 7.2, at fedoralegacy the latest available kernel
is for example;

kernel-2.4.20-30.7.legacy.i386.rpm 21-Feb-2004 03:07 12M

Please consider upgrading Linux to at least Fedora Core 3 or CentOS-
(staying with the Red Hat family);

http://fedora.redhat.com/
http://www.centos.org/

If not then visit the fedoralegacy site and at least bring your installation
up to date.
