Linux Lost



Please Help me out I am new to Linux.
I reinstalled WinXP on a hard disk having Redhat ES4 also.
You must be knowing what has happend now. I am not getting Linux option
at startup.
MBR must be over written.
Whats the way out ??
do i have to install Linux completely or is there any way out without
complete install.
just installing the grub or what ??
I tried many things booting from Linux CD in rescue mode. But didnt
know much about that.

plzzzzzzz help me...........
