Well for starters RHL9 is not supported by Red Hat any longer support ended
the end of April 2004. With that said visit; http://www.fedoralegacy.org/
to find the rpm (an older version but should be OK)
And to get the printer configured you can read the manuals and check at
LinuxPrinting.org

And you need to install the RAW Unix printing support in Windows on the
system that has the printer connected.
