Maybe piranha can do the trick for you.

Until now I only configured piranha as a failover for 2 boxes not 3. If you need a lot of boxes, then you need to consider RH Cluster manager or HP's MC/Services guard. These products are commercial licensed.

Have not found an easy to manage HA product that is free of charge.
