i've just got my first fedora running and even dual booting
it runs on an older p3 intel board with this 810 chipset and onboard video,
i can get 1280x960 resolution on a win 2k installation on the same drive
but only am getting 800x600 with the default fedora and no other options
available in gui interface. not sure what i can do.
don't see anything to do with resolution in the bios setup
can't find any specific intel drivers for redhat if thats what i need and
have
searched for something like a linux generic lcd monitor driver that would
give me the higher resolution but not finding anything yet.
any suggestions what to do?
can't remember for sure but think i had installed a redhat 7.2 on same
system
t hat delivered the higher resolution
.
