Have you set your monitor type correctly?i've just got my first fedora running and even dual booting it runs on an older p3 intel board with this 810 chipset and onboard video, i can get 1280x960 resolution on a win 2k installation on the same drive but only am getting 800x600 with the default fedora and no other options available in gui interface. not sure what i can do. don't see anything to do with resolution in the bios setup can't find any specific intel drivers for redhat if thats what i need and have searched for something like a linux generic lcd monitor driver that would give me the higher resolution but not finding anything yet. any suggestions what to do? can't remember for sure but think i had installed a redhat 7.2 on same system t hat delivered the higher resolution
If there is not exact match you might select one of the generic models with correct resolution specification.
