Could not find this when you first asked ;-(
These are personal study notes that "Steve" put together _before_
taking the test (which he passed) and you should take his disclaimer to
heart. Plus it's nearly 4 years old.
That said, it may give you some idea of what _one_person_ used (in
part) while studying for the exam. As others have said, once you take
the exam, you disclose test info on penalty of removal of private parts
for science :-)
