doesn't even see it, all my sda devices are gone. i tried MAKEDEV sda6,
and it made it, but disappeared again after reboot.

i had also tried to connect this fw drive to a pc, but windows didn't
assign a drive letter, and couldn't see its data or partiotions.

any idea what's going on? did modprobe affect my fedora permanantly,
did windows or mac os x do something?
