Re: core4 partition permissions



there may be a problem in the /etc/fstab file.
wrong parameters may have been given for mounting the vfat file-system.
the drive is mounted in read-only mode.
u have to specify write access to the drive when it is mounted.
check for other drives that have write access enabled; in the
fstab file and modify the vfat partition entry accordingly.
check out the man page for fstab and change it accrodingly.
