Where to download kernel patch ?

I have redhat enterprise release 3 with kernel version 2.4.21-20 EL,
I wannt update this kernel to 2.4.21-20.3 EL. I google for much time
but none is got and I can not get kernel-source-2.4.21-20.3.EL.i386.rpm
or patchs that can be used to upgrade 2.4.21-20 to 2.4.21-20.1, then
2.4.21-20.2, then 2.4.21-20.3.

I get link
"http://people.redhat.com/~petrides/.iee/kernel-source-2.4.21-20.3.EL.i386.rpm";
from google, the link is not valid anymore.

Can anyone tell me where to download these patch or
kernel-source-2.4.21-20.3.EL.i386.rpm.

Thanks.
