FC4 and VNC access via VPN not working?

Hi,

I recently changed from FC3 to 4 and now I can no longer access my box via
VNC when connecting through the vpn tunnel at work.

I imagine it is something to do with the connection now coming from a
different subnet.

I'm not clear on what to change in order to get this to work again.
When running FC3, I had no problems accessing my FC3 box through the VPN
tunnel.
FC4 seems to block it.
I can access the FC4 box when on the same subnet.

Anyone have any tips on opening up access for a different subnet?
My FC4 subnet is 192.168.101.xxx and my VPN subnet is 192.168.113.xxx.

Thanks All!
