That's the problem, the new system does not work with fstab. I have no
problem on clean install, or on Rawhide on test partition. I don't feel
like reinstalling the whole system because of that stupid problem.

I didn't notice that someone experience it on Fedora devel list. Or it
did? Well, I'm gonna Google a bit and to see if I missed something.
It doesn't use fstab? I don't think I like the sound of that.
Looks like I need to read up on gnome-mount before any upgrading goes on.
