Using yum and 386 RPMs on an x86_64 system

Anybody know how to get yum to update the following packages automatically, without accidentally picking up the 64 bit
versions?

firefox
libgnome
libgnomeui

I know how to exclude them in yum.conf, but
not how to do the converse.
