installing a imap mail server on FC5

Hi,

I just bought a new PC and installed FC5 on it.
I have an old linux (Mandrake 10) PC where I succeeded (I don;t remember how) to install a imap mail server for managing my mails. I access the imap repository from a Windows machine (with Thunderbird) or remotly with squirrelmail running on the linux machine.
Where can I find some tutorials/help for setting up the system ?
How can I transfer my mails from my old computer to the new one ?
