hiding the packages on your distribution CDs - it might be in a package
called 'howto-italian' or even just 'howto'. Second, watch the name - it's
Modem-HOWTO, not modem-HOWTO. You can find a current copy of that
specific howto at http://ibiblio.org/pub/linux/docs/HOWTO/
or http://en.tldp.org/HOWTO/HOWTO-INDEX/howtos.html or by searching on
google. Last I looked, there are about 450 HOWTOs, covering everything
from 3-Button-Mouse to ACP-Modem to ZIP-Install.

What have I to do to install it in my PC?

Did it get installed initially? Look in /usr/share/HOWTO/
