The missing dlls are for the program you're trying to load, not wine.
You have to provide them, (from windows), and install them in my case
into the ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32 file.
that's right.
if the machine does not have windows installed...
you essentially have to create a windows folder along with the needed
..dll's etc.
if windows is installed...
you need to mount that partition and run wine from there.
not all apps will run...but those that do should run quite well
