Re: Gnome and name resolution in Redhat 9

have you checked your
/etc/sysconfig/networking/profiles/default/network file as well?

Hi.
I'm an admin at Acme Widgets and I'm having problems with Gnome giving
error messages when I log in about not being able to resolve the
hostname for my box.
I have www2 and www2.acmewidgets.local in my hosts file.
I changed the /etc/sysconfig/network file as well but it still comes up
with the old hostname.
any ideas?
