If u need any more information I will provide but please help me

Onkar,

What protocol does your provider use?

pppoe, pptp or somethingelse? If you do not know, maybe the name of the
provider and the country/region the provider is situated.

Does your adsl work on another os?

This information helps people trying to help you.

Kind regards,
