I recently upgraded my fc2 box with fc4, both running Win4Lin 9x. Ever

sounded like the newest release of jpilot would resolve that.
So I ran
yum update jpilot
Which ran a big update and now I am running J-Pilot version 0.99.8-pre10
I also made sure to run ln -s /dev/ttyS0 /dev/pilot
jpilot is still not working, what exactly do I need to do?
Thx in advance,

You may want to upgrade to FC5. As I recall I wasn't able to get
hot-syncing to work with FC4 although I didn't spend a lot of time
trying. Last week I needed to sync the memos to my Treo 650 so that I
could set up ssh on the Treo. I plugged in the Treo hit the button and it
just worked. The only issue that I've run into is that sometimes I can't
the sync to work a second time unless I kill gpilot-applet and gpilotd.
When gpilot-applet is killed it ask you if you want to reload it, say yes
and it restarts the gpilotd daemon. After that hot syncing works again.
Btw for Palms that have Internet access, like the Treos, you can run ssh
on them and access your Linux systems remotely. I've been able to run
Emacs via my Treo.
