I'm trying to refamiliarise myself with linux, using a Red Hat version
7.3 that I happened to have lying in a drawer.
The system's up and running and Mozilla has given me internet facilities
(that's a relief!) but the printer doesn't seem to want to play.
If I try to print this, the printer will print one page of rubbish that
looks like this:
%!PS-Adobe-3.0
%%BoundingBox: 0 0 612 792
%%Creator: Mozilla (etc)
and then shoot out blank pages one after another until I hit the cancel
button.
Is there a boffin out there who tell me how to correct this?

You are trying to print Postscript to a non-Postscript printer. Select the
proper printer driver.
