Problems with GFS performance



How did you test between 4 and 2 nodes. The one thing that comes to
mind is that you can't easily jump from 4 to 2 because of quorum
problems. That's the only thing that pops out of my head at this time.
I'd try it with 3 nodes and see if there is a performance change.
Basically the 2-node configuration is special.
