Then, today, I just got another IP, and configured the box to use that
as <IP>:0. Changed the VirtualHost in the configuration files... and
when I point my browser there, it refuses to see the correct index
page. If I had the filename into the URL, no problem.
Port 0 is an ICMP protocol channel, there maybe some interference with the
OS and routers.
