I'm getting this error by using BitTornado Client : Problem
connecting to tracker - (-3, 'Temporary failure in name resolution')

What does it mean?

It means that the machine is experiencing a temporary problem
resolving the name to an IP number.

OK, it is obviously. If the machine has a problems by resolving, then
the other applications on that machine wouldn't connect properly to
the Internet. I've tried ping google.com and it response, ssh to other
machine works also fine.
Anyway, how can I solve my problem?

Try pinging the BitTorrent address that is failing. Use dig, host or
nslookup as well. Post the name<->IP that is failing so others can try it.
