We have 3 servers at our office which are connected to a KVM switch.
There is a Squid proxy and a Mail server running on a linux server
which is running on RHEL 3. Today we found we can't access that machine
using the KVM switch. The machine is still powered on and we can even
ping it through our LAN. But keyboard and mouse are not working at all.
We cannot even log into it remotely. I think somehow the machine get
stucked. Please give me some help on this topic.
