Configuring GNOME to automatically start screensaver after user logged in - Fedora Core 6

Hi All,
I'm trying to configure Vino (GNOME Remote Desktop) on a computer I
have so that I can VNC into the box efficiently. As of right now, Vino
will only work once the user is manually logged into the desktop. I'm
trying to basically set something up so that I can VNC into computer on
the real X display (display 0) without having to first manually log in
at the desktop (get rid of the monitor keyboard and mouse). I'm
basically trying to achieve what VNC will do on Windows.
I'd like to configure this work-around. I've configured GNOME to
automatically log my my user account in after the desktop loads. Once
this occurs, I would like to configure GNOME to automatically run the
screensaver such that the desktop will be locked immediately after
being logged in. Since the user account is logged in, it will be
accessible through Vino without having to locally log into the box, and
it will STILL be locked keeping it *secure*.
I know that the followoing command executed in a terminal will run the
screensaver and thus lock the computer:
/usr/sbin/gnome-screensaver-command --lock
Does anybody know of anyway to automatically execute this command after
a user is logged into GNOME desktop in FC6? Script? Launcher?
Startup command?
I'm thinking something similar to a batch file in the the Startup
folder in Windows.
Any ideas will be helpful.
Thanks in advance!
Brian
