megaraid_sas and RH4 update 4

Hello I'm trying to install an RH4 update 4 on a Fujitsu Siemens TX200
S3 with LSI Megaraid XLP 8300 SAS.
I found on Server Start Cdrom from Fujitsu some additional kernel
modules and there is also a megaraid_sas.ko that worked when I tried to
load it on a Centos 4.4 Live CD(I could format the disks from the live
cd).
The question is: how can I create a media disk image starting from a
directory modules like the one found on the Fujitsu CD so that I will
be able to install RH using linux dd at installation prompt? The
directory structure is like this:
$ ls RedHat/EL4.0/Modules/2.6.9-42.EL/
net scsi
$ ls RedHat/EL4.0/Modules/2.6.9-42.EL/scsi/
a320raid.ko aic7xxx_mod.ko ft3xx.ko lpfcdfc.ko megaide.ko
megasr.ko qla2322.ko qla2xxx.ko
aacraid.ko FastTrak.ko ft.ko lpfc.ko megaraid_sas.ko
qla2300.ko qla2xxx_conf.ko
