LABEL managing on FC6

Hi there!

I'd like to change my home partition from /dev/hda7 to /dev/hdb1. How
can I do that on my FC6? How can I manage labels? I don't know what
program generates 'LABEL=/home' line in /etc/fstab. I tried fwfstab
program, but it can't manage labels.
