Bluefish supports frames (supposedly). I believe in the old agade that
web design should avoid the three Fs - frames, flash, front page.
You can simulate frames using CSS and there is loads of info on the nvu
website on how to do this. You might like to look at http://kompozer.net/
which is Nvu's unofficial bug-fix release. Still doesn't handle frames
though... I'm an Amaya man myself.
