The data you show is of little use - it _looks_ as if it might be a
ping using the loopback interface, but it could equally be using a
Gigabit network connection to another system. As you've manually
deleted any useful details from the output, and don't identify what
you are doing, what NIC may be involved, what CPU and motherboard,
you really aren't going to get much help.

Above. If this is a loopback issue, look at the CPU loads using
"top" or similar. If this is a server, make sure you are not running
unnecessary applications such as X (servers do not have click-and-drool
users logged on, and thus don't need to be wasting CPU cycles drawing
pretty pictures to amuse a five-year-old.
