RHEL 4AS kiosk

Hello, I'm in the process of creating a basic (Firefox only) kiosk
from RHEL4AS. Using Gconf I have successfully secured the desktop (no
icons, no panel edit, etc..). Now I am securing Firefox, removing
entries form the menus that grant access to the file system (Save
As..., Open File.... etc). But the one problem that seems like it
should be an easy fix is killing me. How do I disable the key
bindings (hot keys) in Firefox?! You'd think there's a quick n dirty
way from either the user preferences or about:config, but I've found
nothing!!! Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
