Changing passwords through a web page

Good Afternoon,

Would anyone be willing to direct me to, or post, a utility that
will allow my users to change their passwords through a web page. My
users do not have, and I do not want to give them the shell access
necessary to do it by logging in.

Some details that may be important. I'm using the following versions
and services
Red Hat Fedora Core 3
NIS
Apache

Thanks for your help!
