Where can I find a FireFox ver 2.0 rpm for RedHat 9 ?

Thanks

RH 9 has not been supported for quite some time. You can find Linux
tarballs for Firefox on their web site and may be able to install it
that way on RH 9.

Otherwise, I would urge you to upgrade to a current distro. If you
want to stay with RH based distros, Fedora 7 is the current version.

Thanks.

In the future I will migrate to Ubuntu. I just had a very complete
RedHat 9 manual.

If you've been using RH9 you'll probably be happier with Fedora 7 which
is it's great-great------great grandchild.

Do you have any experience with Ubuntu to compare it with Fedora ?

I also use Ubuntu 6.06, but all my photos and personal files are in the
RedHat partition.

I'm playing with Ubuntu in a VMware partition. It works fine but I find
it annoying. I prefer a straight *nix environment. I don't like the lack
of a root user on Ubuntu although doing an sudo xemacs solves most of
that for me. If I had to use Ubuntu I could live with it but I prefer
Redhat.

In the last months I have been playing with this shell account in Switzerland
running NetBSD from a diskette with PC-DOS in my HD less computer.

There I run Lynx, Links, Pine and SLRN.

I am also thinking of installing some version of BSD in my computer.
