Yum Update Server

I have Redhat 5 and was wondering how to create a Yum update server.
Ideally, this server will download updates from the redhat network and
all clients will connect to this server for updates. I understand how
to have the clients connect to the server to update, but how can I
configure the server to automatically download the updated .rpm
files? I have researched rsync for this purpose, but I can't find an
FTP or HTTP site available with the Redhat 5 updated .rpm files. Any
help would be appreciated!
